1. Acceptance of Terms

One Account Per Person

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on fb87 is subject to the game-specific rules provided within each game interface, as well as the general rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules explicitly state otherwise.

Sports Betting

fb87's sports betting markets cover cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity:

Players do not acquire any intellectual property rights in game content through their use of the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

fb87's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to their fb87 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits fb87's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11. Account Closure & Termination

Closure by the Player

Upon receiving a closure request, fb87 will process any pending withdrawals of legitimate account balances (subject to identity verification and the absence of any outstanding wagering requirements) before closing the account.

Termination by fb87

fb87 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Any behaviour that, in fb87's reasonable judgment, poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users.

Where an account is terminated by fb87 due to breach of these Terms, fb87 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account pending investigation and, where prohibited conduct is confirmed, to forfeit such balance. 12. Amendments & Governing Law

Amendments to These Terms

fb87 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the fb87 Platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement
